DfE chief exec gives evidence to Tynwald committee
Media firms have to create sustainable jobs in order to receive financial support from the Department for Enterprise.
The department's chief executive Mark Lewin and minister Laurence Skelly have been giving evidence to a Tynwald committee investigating the Media Development Fund.
The scheme made a loss of more than £25m.
Mr Lewin told the hearing it's a different situation now:
