Alex Sinclair says he supports a zero tolerance approach to drug use
A Manx Grand Prix competitor who failed a drugs test during this year's event says he's as confused as anyone by the situation.
Alex Sinclair was excluded from this year's MGP after returning an initial 'non-negative' result following a random test.
Race organisers say this has since been confirmed as a positive result for a recreational substance following further testing.
In response to the MGP's announcement, the Welsh rider posted on social media that he hasn't taken anything and he's trying to get to the bottom of it.
He adds that he agrees with a zero tolerance approach and says all riders should be tested prior to signing on to race.
