Edge maintains face coverings are ‘personal choice’
An MHK is calling on the education minister to reveal what percentage of children are wearing masks in Island schools.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew’s Jason Moorhouse will quiz Julie Edge in Tynwald this week/today.
She’ll also be asked to give details of her discussions with the director of public health since December.
Ms Edge told Manx Radio the wearing of face coverings remains a personal choice:
Island falls silent to remember them
Two-minute silence held to mark Remembrance Sunday
Average wait of 11 weeks for Disability Living Allowance claims
Reduction in overall average since summer
Man sexually assaulted woman as she slept on beach
Deemster brands assault "quite horrific"
Appeal for Onchan FC memorabilia
Plan to furnish new club house with memories
