Cannan could have been tougher when negotiating
A leading trade unionist has criticised the Michael MHK Alfred Cannan over comments made over pensions negotiations.
Mr Cannan says he is not surprised the Government is now asking for more cash to meet its obligations. He claims the sitution is out of control.
