Member refused to meet with CM on membership
The Chief Minister doesn't have enough interest in government reform - that's the reason one MHK didn't put his name into the hat for departmental membership.
Douglas East representative Chris Robertshaw wasn't offered a position because he declined to meet Howard Quayle to discuss it.
He insists he's firmly against ministers being aided by more than one member - saying his voice will be best used as an independent from the back benches.
