Presentation made to Tynwald members
The MHK looking to change the law on organ donation in the Isle of Man has given an update on the progress being made.
Garff member Martyn Perkins has been speaking to Manx Radio following a presentation to Tynwald members yesterday.
That was carried out by the head of the UK Blood Transfusion and Organ Service, Claire Williment.
The aim is to move from an opt-in system to an opt-out one, similar to what already exists in Wales and is in the process of being introduced elsewhere in the UK.
