Douglas Central member argues collective responsibility is stalling policy
An MHK believes the public doesn't know what the chief minister's priorities are for government.
Appearing on Manx Radio's Agenda programme, Douglas Central representative Chris Thomas said government has been 'policy directionless'.
He also argued that there is now more political experience across the Island's local authorities than there is in the House of Keys.
