Chris Thomas believes there's a perception government doesn't have debt
An MHK seeking greater transparency over government's spending is concerned about the 'huge amount of borrowing' by public bodies.
Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas has been seeking details of payments made under various government funds and schemes, as well as equity and loan funding for the Manx Development Corporation.
The former infrastructure minister told Manx Radio he wants all these details to be in the public domain.
