Planning application for 282 new homes submitted this week
An MHK for Arbory, Castletown and Malew believes infrastructure is a vital part of plans for a housing development in the south of the Island.
Dandara has submitted a planning application for the first phase of a 282-home development and by-pass road in Ballasalla.
It's hoped work on the project will get underway later this year.
Graham Cregeen insists the development is about more than just new homes.
