Keys members will discuss amendments to two Bills; the Competition Bill and the landlord Registration Bill later today (Tuesday).

The Landlord Registration’s Bill has approaching eighty proposed alterations.

Those clauses stages will have to wait until after the question paper, with Chris Thomas getting the ball rolling on the employment parameters for Steam packet employees and Tynwald’s role in the ferry company fulfilling its agreed remit.

Garff's Daphne Caine wants details about where the tram tracks will be and the costs, when promenade works concludes in the summer.

Jason Moorhouse wants to know when the media was told about the Beamans review of the Infrastructure Department. 

Other topics include the subsidy paid to airlines during the time of covid and who decided the amenity sites should be closed during lockdown.
