Moorhouse told DoI does not have budget or capacity to do it
An MHK has been told, once again, that a road in his constituency will not be resurfaced because the Department of Infrastructure has no budget to do it.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse has repeatedly queried why a cul-de-sac in Ballacriy Park in Colby has been left out of a major construction project.
Extensive resurfacing work has taken place in the area over the last year as part of efforts to replace utilities.

In Tynwald this week Minister Michelle Haywood said the piece of work Mr Moorhouse wants to see completed would cost £84,000 – a figure he then queried:
