Garff member seeking support for motion in Tynwald
An MHK wants students to be at the centre of education policy, rather than the department.
Garff member Daphne Caine will seek support for a motion to separate policy for service delivery when Tynwald sits next week.
A similar change was made following the recent healthcare review.
Mrs Caine believes a similar move could be made as part of the Education Bill:
Flu jab availability varying 'from pharmacy to pharmacy'
Police issue assurance amid concerns from Island's Jewish community
MHK calls for government to use more Manx food and drink
Bus strikes, minimum wage and meat board appointment among topics for House of Keys
