Reason given is safe removal of old gas main
Infrastructure Minister Tim Baker admits the ongoing delay to the reopening of Broadway in Douglas is "very disappointing".
The date has moved from the beginning of September and is now set for the end of November, when the it will partially reopen to provide an exit off the prom for traffic travelling northbound only.
Mr Baker says the issue is the safe removal of the old gas main which is in a delicate condition:-
