Cregeen says man paying for breaking law
The journey by 28-year-old Dale McLaughlan from Scotland to the Island by jet-ski to see his girlfriend has been described as "bizarre" by a Manx politician.
McLaughlan was jailed for 4 weeks for breaching Covid-19 laws after appearing in court yesterday.
