
A leading government minister says he hopes the next twelve months will see a return of confidence to the Manx economy.
Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly says there are still a number of uncertainties, including future payments of VAT the Island can expect.
But he says there's also encouragement for those who have faced some years of restraint.
