The Infrastructure Minister has had to, once again, defend his department over the cost of the Liverpool terminal scheme.

Implications of Covid-19 have already added £5 million to the project.

Protecting the quay wall at Prince's Dock, against the Steam Packet's new vessel's powerful bow thrusters, will also add to the increased costs.
