David Ashford confirms talks continue over isolation rules
The health minister has promised results of the investigation into what Manx-based Steam Packet crew are allowed to do when off-duty "will be shared".
Ben-my-Chree staff have told Manx Radio they do a week of 12 hour shifts followed by seven days off.
David Ashford says a corporate direction notice makes clear they should isolate when not at work.
This hasn't been the case for the past 11 months and is disputed by workers who say that will put them in permanent isolation.
Mr Ashford says talks are ongoing and solutions are being sought:
