Amendments expected before legislation goes to Tynwald
The Education Minister will meet with unions next month to discuss changes to the Education Bill.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture announced yesterday that plans to put the legislation before Tynwald have been pushed back until later this year.
Nearly 600 responses were received during a seven-week public consultation on the proposals.
Speaking on Mandate this morning, Graham Cregeen revealed amendments will be made before the bill is finalised:
'Deterrent' sentence imposed for ketamine importer
Several sailings at risk or cancelled due to adverse weather
