DoI says new legislation is still being drafted
Concerns have been raised about whether it will be possible to insure e-scooters on the Isle of Man.
MLC Peter Greenhill told Tynwald last week that the Finance Agency – which is part of the Department for Enterprise – has been approached by the insurance sector.

Minister Tim Crookall told the court legislative drafters are undertaking a final review of the documentation.
