The Director of Manx National Heritage says the Island's attractions will be more engaging than ever this year.
Edmund Southworth says there needs to be a shift from just viewing an attraction to living an attraction and having a more exciting experience.
Castle Rushen, Laxey Wheel and Peel Castle are now open at weekends and Mr Southworth has recruited seasonal staff to tell the story of the sites.
The Director outlines what the staff will be doing to help enhance people's days out:
'Absolutely right' that Island follows energy VAT cut says former treasury minister
Tynwald to debate member's conduct following Facebook post
Manxman to remain in dry dock for 'further necessary repairs'
