Broadcaster's funeral taking place today
Manx National Heritage says it's 'enormously grateful' for donations sparked by the death of broadcaster Terry Cringle.
The 91-year-old died on 12 February – his funeral is taking place today.
MNH says it was 'touched' that it was Terry's wish for donations to be made to the organisation in his memory.
It's remembered his 'immense contribution' to the Island's heritage recalling that Terry spent many hours at the Manx Museum researching stories, curiosities, nostalgia and ways of life.
Manx National Heritage has also shared this photograph of Terry, taken in 1963, on a visit to the Calf of Man.
