Claims submissions on issue have been ignored
There's more disappointment from the hospitality sector, following the confirmation the minimum wage for over-25s will increase by 50p from 1 June.
This week has already seen Heron and Brearley hit out at the rise, saying it could lead to price increases and even job losses.
Its statement added government had not listened to the evidence submitted to it by the sector.
