Plans for former bar conversion
The owners of a shopping, housing and leisure complex in Castletown have submitted updated plans. Callows Yard Ltd says it wants to convert the function room of the former Fusion bar which has lain unused for five years. In its application, the company says each of the new flats would have one bedroom. It already has planning permission for apartments on the site.
