Cabinet Office Minister says applications remain within four-year limit for commencement
More than 200 approved planning applications for residential property are yet to see work commence.
Data published by the Cabinet Office shows there are 223 applications involving residential use where there is no evidence of implementation.
Minister David Ashford said in a Tynwald written answer that these applications remain within the statutory four-year limit for commencement.
