Print publications 'may have had their day'
The publisher of a free motoring magazine says he’s sad to see its last print edition – but the world is moving beyond print media.
Douglas-based Keith Uren is the man behind Manx MotorMart, which this week scrapped its print edition in favour of the internet.
Now based at mmm.co.im, Keith says the magazine will be able to offer different interactive services to a more media-savvy audience.
And he says in the age of the internet, the costs of printed publications may have had their day:
