However the Tholt Y Will and Beinn Y Phott roads remain closed as it's not in a suitable condition for use. The closures on these roads have been extended to midday tomorrow.
Highway Services say Victory Cafe will reopen tomorrow.
The Shoulder Road from Castletown Road to the roundtable as well as Ronague Road to Roundtable has also opened.
However Ballakillowey Road to Roundtable and Dalby to Roundtable remains closed.
