People with issues asked to contact telecoms provider directly
Manx Telecom says it’s ‘actively monitoring’ the performance of its network over TT and will make ‘adjustments’ wherever possible.
It follows complaints about slow internet, services dropping out and issues with mobile data.
The company says TT is one of its busiest times of year and some customers may experience ‘connectivity issues’.
Anyone with a problem has been asked to contact MT directly, so it can investigate, with the telecoms firm saying it takes ‘all reports seriously’.
To log an issue you can contact the customer support team on 624624 or visit the Manx Telecom store in Douglas.

Manx Radio has invited the company to put forward a spokesperson for interview. We have received no response.
