
The man accused of murdering two policewomen in Greater Manchester has been remanded in custody until November.
Dale Cregan, who's 29, appeared by video link at Manchester Crown Court.
He's charged with killing former Island resident, PC Fiona Bone, and her colleague Nicola Hughes last Tuesday, the murders of David and Mark Short earlier this year, and the attempted murders of four other people.
