A two day music festival planned for Castletown will go ahead come 'rain or sun'.
So says the chair of Castletown Town Commissioners Leisure Committee Carol Quine.
She says the weekend of music is aimed at attracting more people to the Square and to allow businesses there to benefit with sales.
