Hairpin smash misses box
A Manx Radio commentator had a closer encounter with the bikes than usual during yesterday's racing - after a rider hit crash barriers protecting the commentary box.
It involved two riders at Ramsey Hairpin at the conclusion of yesterday's Supertwins event, after the winners had already passed the chequered flag.
Rider Kevin 'Ago' Murphy who went down on the course was injured and taken to hospital.
Trevor Matthewson, who hit the barriers, was uninjured.
