National Story Day to be celebrated
The fourth Manx Litfest continues today (Friday).
A range of authors and poets are visiting Island schools to mark National Story Day.
The Nunnery and Youth Arts Centre in Douglas will also host separate events this evening while, for many, the highlight will be at the Manx Museum where the most famous creation of legendary Manx screenwriter Nigel Kneale - The Quatermass Experiment - will be celebrated.
Nigel’s son, author Matthew Kneale, will talk about his father’s life and career at 7.15pm.
