Law Society Council Monitoring trends in other jurisditions
A member of the Isle of Man Law Society Council says the nature of Manx Bar exams is subject to ongoing review.
Vicki Unsworth was one of the council members giving evidence to the Constitutional and Legal Affairs and Justice Committee this morning (Mon 19).
Chris Robertshaw made the point that UK exam boards are assessing whether exams should just test knowledge acquisition, or rather the capacity to access and apply it.
Ms Unsworth says the council is monitoring trends in other common law jurisdictions.
