Big business can help small companies
The new president of the Island's Chamber of Commerce has outlined his vision for the organisation's future.
Chris Allen, an engineer and general manager of aerospace company Triumph Group, replaces outgoing president Mickey Swindale, who's been in post since 2015.
He says increased 'teamwork' between smaller and larger chamber members, as well as with government, will make the Island an easy place to do business.
Mr Allen told Manx Radio that cooperation can help the chamber use its extensive resources more effectively:
