Opens from 8am
The new civic amenity site in Douglas opens today (29 July).
It's located at a new location off Kewaigue Hill, in the Middle Park Industrial Estate.
Douglas Mayor Natalie Byron-Teare says it's 50 per cent larger than the old facility and hopes the facility will encourage more people to recycle.

Opening hours are 8am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday and 8am to 4pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
