Horton says he knows needs of Castletown
Castletown’s newest commissioner says he intends to represent the 'man and woman on the street’.
Jamie Horton was recently successful in a by-election in the town and will sit on the board until April 2020.
The 46 year-old local authority worker says the Castletown Square regeneration scheme must be completed as soon as possible and has vowed to have an open dialogue with residents and businesses.
He insists a down-to-earth approach is the way ahead:
