Increase of 300 from previous year
The Island's population is growing, according to the latest Quarterly Economic Report.
Figures released today (Tues 10), covering the period from October 1 to December 31, show the population has grown by 300 compared to the same period in 2016 - of those 300, 130 are below the age of 65.
Six hundred more people are in work than the previous year, and there are 244 fewer people registered as unemployed.
