There's a new partner at the recently relocated Palatine Group Practice.
Dr Peter Griffiths has been a GP in Birmingham for many years, but originally comes from Wales.
He qualified as a doctor in 1985 at the University of Birmingham Medical School, and has a particular interest in primary care rheumatology. Dr Griffiths is also a GP trainer.
He is married with two school age children, and replaces Dr Frank Harding, who retired at the end of March after more than 30 years as a GP on the Island.
The Palatine Group Practice's new surgery is at Strang Corner Field, near Noble's Hospital.
