
A local man is undertaking a novel approach to tackling rising heating bills.
Roger Tomlinson is having a house built that's so well insulated it effectively heats itself.
It's being constructed from lightweight interlocking polystyrene bricks - known as 'Wolfblocs' (pictured) which are then filled with concrete.
Mr Tomlinson believes it's a concept which should be taken much further on the Island:
