Project is still in first stages of planning
The chair of Braddan Commissioners says the proposed new housing estate on Ballafletcher Road would lead to serious traffic issues.
The area was designated for the development of over 300 homes under the Area Plan for the East.
It is still in the first stages of planning and has not been considered by the planning committee yet, but the commissioners rejected the plans back in May.
