Art from MakeMarket initiative adorns wall
A girl, sitting in the sun, dreaming of summer, has appeared in downtown Douglas.
The mural is the work of Jimmy Duggan and is opposite the Market Hall, off North Quay.
Its part of an initiative called MakeMarket.
Jimmy says he was inspired to do the piece by the individual look of someone he saw
