Proposals include demolition of outbuildings
Further plans to develop the Mount Murray have been submitted by its new owners.
Blueprints from Island-based Comis Holdings outline a brand new entrance, awning and foyer; as well as the demolition of older outbuildings.
The proposals also include open-plan balconies and improved fire escape access.
Comis was incorporated last year for the sole purpose of purchasing and renovating the hotel, which was badly damaged by a fire in 2013.
