Isle Listen delivering sessions to 700 year 6 students
It's hoped a new scheme will help year 6 students on the Island with their transition to high school.
Organised by Isle Listen, the interactive session aims to teach children how to look after their mental health.
It's being delivered to around 700 students at 24 of the primary schools here.
A free resource is also available to parents to help talk about the move to secondary school with their children.
