Local charity launches new services
A new, one year pilot scheme has been launched to help young people conquer addiction.
With help from the Manx Lottery Trust, Motiv8 provides an accessible and approachable service for people under the age of eighteen, who struggle with their own or others' alcohol, drug, gambling and gaming misuse.
Deputy director, Lyndsey Smart, believes the new YP@Motiv8 service will help to address a wide range of issues young people struggle with today, and give a voice to those who need it most:
The new service can be contacted at motiv8@iom.com, or on 627656.
