Official confirmation from Tevir Group
The new owners of Villiers House, town square and development plot have been on site this morning (Mon 22nd)
The Tevir Group officially confirmed their acquisition of the property - which also includes Clarendon House - earlier today.
It's the latest addition to their portfolio of high profile properties in the capital which also includes the Castlemona and former Zurich headquarters on Athol Street.
John Moss met the new owners this morning and says they were keen to get things moving.
