The director of public health says the Isle of Man is ready for a possible return of swine flu, although a fresh outbreak is unlikely.
Dr Parameswaran Kishore says with the onset of Autumn, it’s possible the H1N1 virus could make a comeback.
He says the Island still has stocks of vaccine which could be used to combat the illness if it makes a return, and while a new wave of swine flu cases is possible, most people are likely to catch the more common form of the flu virus:
