NHS privatisation claims 'scaremongering', says minister

Ashford speaks out following launch of review

The Isle of Man must look at 'different delivery models' for health and social care, according to the terms of a new review.

Treasury has formally launched a year-long study into how NHS services are provided and funded here, with recommendations set to be delivered in early 2019.

Ministers insist 'all options' will be explored, and part of the review will include looking at how other nations provide care for their citizens. 

It's prompted concerns services could be privatised - but Health Minister David Ashford has dismissed those claims:
