They can't attend court because of Covid-19 restrictions

A court’s heard coronavirus restrictions means two men from Northern Ireland can’t attend court to face fisheries charges.

Stephen Shiels and Basil Wills of Ardglass in Downpatrick were due to appear before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.

The court heard both are unable to travel to the Isle of Man to face charges of breaching fishing regulations on 20 January.
