Peer keen to speak to Tynwald members
The author of a major report aimed at improving the Manx parliamentary system says the impact will not be of radical change.
A set of 11 recommendations made by the British peer Lord Robert Lisvane will be debated in Tynwald next week.
Among the suggestions are limiting memberships of government departments, and transforming the Legislative Council's role.
It's expected to stir considerable discussion.
