Peer keen to speak to Tynwald members
The author of a major report aimed at improving the Manx parliamentary system says the impact will not be of radical change.
A set of 11 recommendations made by the British peer Lord Robert Lisvane will be debated in Tynwald next week.
Among the suggestions are limiting memberships of government departments, and transforming the Legislative Council's role.
It's expected to stir considerable discussion.
But Lord Lisvane says he's keen to speak with members ahead of the debate:
Rapist who 'terrorised' his victim told his sentence was 'entirely justified'
Discovery of oiled birds 'makes a mockery of our biosphere status'
Charges now in place for those sending parcels to the EU
Creamery managing director to leave role
