More information needed
Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle says he’s had no evidence to back up allegations in Tynwald over the way vulnerable families and children have been treated.
This week Onchan MHK Peter Karran asked for an investigation into the claims – but an amendment approved by the court asked for him to provide more information.
Mr Quayle says the charges of wrongdoing are very serious, involving staff tampering with files.
But he says after meeting the person who made the allegations still hasn’t produced any evidence he can look into:
Main route through Foxdale closed due to RTC
Michelle Mone-linked PPE firm liquidated and unlikely to repay £148m
Yellow weather warning for coastal overtopping
